Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to lead our work on Macroeconomic and Fiscal policy. As a Principal Policy Adviser, you will be responsible for:

  1. Designing and executing programmes of work to address social and economic challenges in the UK;
  2. Developing arguments, policies and ideas to inform national conversations and influence decision-making;
  3. Advocating and influencing at senior levels, engaging with political, policy and intellectual debates;
  4. Building alliances and partnerships to support the development and diffusion of new ideas and strategies;
  5. Nurturing long-term shifts in thinking and action to reduce poverty and inequality.

Estimated salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Part-time options available, with flexible working arrangements.
