About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Activities Instructor to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As an Activities Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering a range of activities to our guests, including ropes course, archery, laser clay, laser combat, and adventure golf.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver activities to children and adults on leisure breaks and corporate team-building events
  • Create and deliver new activities and experiences for our guests
  • Work collaboratively with the activities team to ensure a high-quality guest experience
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Qualifications in the activities sector (e.g. ERCA Adventure Park Instructor and Archery GB Instructor Award)
  • An enthusiastic approach and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
