**Job Summary**

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team of Group Fitness Instructors at the Isle of Wight Council. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading fitness classes and contributing to the development of our fitness programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead fitness classes for adults and children, including aerobics, Pilates, and yoga
  • Develop and implement new fitness programs and classes
  • Assist with the coordination of fitness events and activities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for participants

**Requirements:**

  • Current qualification in exercise to music, Aquafit, or a class-specific qualification like yoga or Pilates
  • Experience working in a leisure environment, preferably in a fitness setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
