Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking for a flexible role in a leisure environment?

We are recruiting casual swimming instructors to join our team at Isle of Wight Council.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.

- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with customers and colleagues.

Working Hours:

- Varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.

- Opportunities to work at Medina Leisure Centre, Newport, and The Heights Leisure Centre, Sandown.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

- Relevant qualifications in disciplines such as Gym qualifications, instructing, customer care, and swimming teaching.

What We Offer:

- Competitive hourly rate of £14.82.
