Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Activities Instructor to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As an Activities Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering a range of leisure activities to our guests, including ropes course, archery, laser clay, laser combat, adventure golf, and children's activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver activities to children and adults on leisure breaks, as well as corporate team-building events
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of new activities and experiences for our guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a five-star experience for all guests
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a high-quality leisure program

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role and qualifications in the activities sector are essential
  • Passion for the activities industry and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic and flexible approach to work
