We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Home Support Matters. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults in a supported living environment, helping them to develop their skills and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Cooking and meal preparation, ensuring a healthy and balanced diet.
  • Supporting with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Administering medication as needed, following established protocols.
  • Completing care logs, documenting daily activities and progress.
  • Encouraging skill development and independence, promoting a sense of self-worth.

Shift Details: Morning shifts run from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, available Monday to Sunday, with a minimum requirement of every other weekend. Additional hours are available on a bank basis to cover holidays and sickness.
