Nelsons is a leading manufacturer of natural healthcare products, and we're seeking an experienced NPD Manager to drive innovation and growth across our global portfolio.

The successful candidate will lead exciting innovation NPD projects, creating and delivering launches that fuel incremental growth for our brands.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading innovation NPD projects for Nelson's brand portfolio
  • Understanding global consumer and shopper insights/needs, category/macro trends, and the competitive landscape
  • Translating innovation concepts into clear product and packaging briefs
  • Partnering with R&D and external suppliers to create exceptional products
  • Developing compelling artwork briefs and claims
  • Tracking and analysing performance of innovation launches

We're looking for a talented and ambitious individual with a passion for innovation, consumer insights, and creating new concepts and products.

Requirements include:

  • Demonstrable experience in a marketing role with innovation project management
  • Passion for innovation and consumer insights
  • Experience in branded Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, or similar consumer-driven categories
