**Key Responsibilities:**

* Spearhead the comprehensive planning and execution of Panacea Stars' array of programmes and events, including boot camps, workshops, mentoring sessions, pitch events, annual Gala Dinners, and conferences.
* Strategically manage and enhance engagement with the Panacea Stars Alumni network.
* Recruit and manage a diverse pool of mentors to offer comprehensive support to portfolio companies.
* Track and report on key performance metrics for programmes, ensuring compliance with any public funding stipulations.
* Utilize exceptional project management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.

**Requirements:**

* A strong background in early-stage venture technology transfer, management consulting, and/or investment is preferred.
