As Editorial Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 9 writers and editors, overseeing report production, and ensuring that all content meets the highest standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Insight as an Editorial Manager. The company has doubled in size, rolled out a new product line, and increased sales volume and sophistication. You will have excellent writing and editorial skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Key responsibilities include managing a team, training new starters, conducting performance reviews, and collaborating with other teams. You will also have a thorough understanding of common legal practice areas, good leadership skills, and strong cultural understanding.

**Estimated Salary:** £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
