International Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Director to join our team at MKJ Ignite. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing key international accounts and overseeing full P&L responsibility across European markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key international accounts with a primary focus on European markets.
- Set annual sales targets, creating joint business plans that drive meaningful growth with each distributor.
- Plan, negotiate, and manage trade spend and promotional budgets to maximise impact in the set regions.
- Identify new market opportunities and areas of growth within current markets.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in FMCG sales.
- Strategic, entrepreneurial, and well-organized with a strong drive for results.
- Skillful in relationship-building and adept at presenting to senior stakeholders.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in international sales.
