**Job Title:** International Financial Reporting Director

We are seeking an experienced International Financial Reporting Director to join our team at Corecruitment International. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for driving financial strategy, reporting accuracy, and compliance for our growing international client portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, IFRS, and audits, with a strong background in leading month-end/year-end close, group audits, and statutory reporting. You will also be skilled in optimizing financial systems, such as Sage Intacct, and streamlining finance processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage month-end/year-end close, group audits, and statutory reporting.
  • Optimize the Sage Intacct finance system and drive automation.
  • Streamline finance processes and improve efficiency.
  • Support international expansion and implement risk management strategies.
  • Mentor the finance team and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Requirements:

  • ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent finance qualification.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, IFRS, and audits.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (depending on experience).
