Sales Director

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Corecruitment International. This role will play a critical part in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to drive business growth in line with company goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, securing new clients in corporate, government, and educational sectors.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity, using insights to adjust strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years in B2B sales, with a proven track record in learning and development, corporate training, or eLearning solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a sales team and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
