The successful candidate will have a PhD in biochemistry, molecular biology, nutrition, or a related discipline. Previous experience with in vitro gut models, dietary fibre and the gut microbiome is essential. Strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently, are also required for this fast-paced industry-partnered project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with industrial partners and contribute to the development of soluble fibre formulations
  • Utilize in vitro gut models, dietary fibre and the gut microbiome to advance research objectives
Requirements
