Job Title: Senior Applications Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Applications Analyst to join our Global Reconciliation Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in running and maintaining the production environment for reconciliation applications, ensuring seamless support for our Operations and Risk & Control users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and business support for users of Citi's reconciliation system, resolving application issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Partner with regional teams to provide stable Production Support coverage to the Business.
  • Assess risk and impact of production issues, escalating to the business and technology management in a timely and appropriate manner.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Production Support experience in a financial domain is essential.
  • Experience in supporting reconciliation applications, including vendor product SMARTSTREAM TLM, is preferable.
  • Good Unix/Linux and Python skills.
  • Good experience with Monitoring tools such as ITRS Geneos, AppDynamics.
  • Experience working with Oracle Database, Hadoop, Apache Spark, Hive, Starburst.
  • Experience with Middleware solutions such as Tibco EMS, Kafka.
