About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Interaction - Portsmouth. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for interacting with existing customers to increase sales of our products and/or services.

Key Responsibilities

  • To obtain, create, and up-sell orders to enhance customer satisfaction and value.
  • To interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • To identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • To work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, with opportunities for growth and development. You will have the chance to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company. Our working hours are Monday to Thursday 7am to 15:30pm and Friday 7am to 2pm.
