About the Role:

As a Site Supervisor at our school, you will play a key role in ensuring that the school's buildings, grounds, and facilities are safe, well-maintained, and conducive to an excellent learning environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Ensure the school buildings, classrooms, outdoor areas, and facilities are well-maintained and clean at all times.">
  • Inspections and Reporting: Conduct regular checks and inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.">
  • Contractor Management: Liaise with external contractors and suppliers for site-related services and repairs.">
  • Health and Safety: Monitor and maintain the school's health and safety protocols, including fire safety equipment and emergency procedures.">
  • Facility Operations: Ensure the safe operation of the heating, lighting, and plumbing systems.">

Requirements:

You will require previous experience in site management, maintenance, or facilities management, ideally in an educational or public sector environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with staff, contractors, and visitors are also essential. A good level of physical fitness is required, as the role may involve manual tasks and moving equipment.
