With a new site on the horizon in Bristol, this is your chance to lead a team and shape processes that will define the company's future. You'll have four direct reports, including a long-standing team member as your right-hand Operations Manager who's been with the business for 12 years, bringing invaluable insight and experience. Your background in Automotive Aftermarket & Transport will be crucial. Your experience with ISO9001 and ERP systems will be key to driving efficiency and maintaining high standards of quality. You won't just keep things running—you'll optimise processes to ensure continuous improvement, making the business more efficient and effective. With a strong team already in place, this role allows you to nurture and develop talent, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous growth. You'll be instrumental in helping your team reach their full potential, creating a unified, high-performing workforce.
Your hours of work will be 8:15 – 16:45 Monday - Friday. This is a unique opportunity to take the next step in your career and find out more about this brand-new Head of Operations opportunity.
