About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring maximum income, profit, and growth revenue.
  • Develop long-standing working relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and building trust.
  • Manage the performance of employees through regular reviews, meetings, and one-to-ones, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for growth.
  • Successfully list a targeted number of properties, increasing revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets.
Requirements
  • Full UK driver's license.
  • Previous managerial experience in Property, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Results-driven individual, hardworking, motivated, and focused, with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of £43,000 (dependent on experience).
  • OTE of £79,000.
