Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower in Knightsbridge, London. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality and longevity of our equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and disruption to operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of machinery, facilities, and infrastructure to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate scheduled maintenance activities, including servicing, repairs, and upgrades, in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor equipment performance and reliability metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, and make proactive recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planned preventive maintenance or reliability engineering, with experience in hotel maintenance management or engineering. You will possess in-depth knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and techniques, including predictive maintenance methods.
