We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Room Attendant at DoubleTree by Hilton Oxford Belfry. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and preparation of guest rooms to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to a very high standard, paying attention to every detail.
- Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with amenities and linens.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
