About the Role

Behaviour Interactive is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead our Co-Dev vertical within the Studios Business Unit. As an Artistic Director, you will be responsible for working with external partners, leading internal artistic teams, and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality artistic visions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design attractive visuals inspired by new intellectual properties or existing properties, ensuring consistency in material produced.
  • Artistic Vision: Actively participate in the definition, maintenance, and development of the artistic vision in interdepartmental artistic discussions.
  • Team Leadership: Guide team members, freelancers, and external studio teams as needed, leading the process of defining objectives, standards, processes, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Quality Control: Approve and participate in the creation of visual elements, define quality standards, content structure, and optimization.
  • Collaboration: Provide artistic support to Game Designers in the realization of their ideas, maintaining demographic and psychographic consumer awareness and taking into account the latest market trends.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Arts or another related degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least five years of experience as Artistic Director or Lead Artist, with a track record of delivering at least two titles of high quality and varied styles.
  • Skills: Mastery of Photoshop, knowledge of Maya, and experience working with a game engine.
  • Language: Proficiency in French and English, both oral and written.
