Creative Director

Behaviour Interactive is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our game development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the creative vision and direction of our games, working closely with designers, artists, programmers, and product strategists to deliver high-quality, engaging experiences for our players.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Game Development: Oversee the development of our games, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and innovation.
- Develop Game Concepts: Collaborate with our team to develop new game concepts, pitches, and prototypes, and work with our designers to bring these ideas to life.
- Mentor and Train: Mentor and train our creative staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with industry trends, market analysis, and innovative game mechanics, and apply this knowledge to inform our game development process.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our multifunctional teams to ensure that our games meet the needs of our players and exceed their expectations.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in game development and creative direction.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the gaming industry, including market trends, competitive analysis, and innovative game mechanics.
- Game Development Experience: Experience working on AAA PC-Console or Mobile games, with a strong understanding of game development processes and industry milestones.
- Pitching and Presentation: The ability to effectively pitch game concepts and ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
