Creative Director

Behaviour Interactive is seeking a seasoned Creative Director to spearhead the development of our next-generation AAA console and PC games. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the creative vision and direction of our games, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional gaming experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the creative vision for our games, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends.
- Lead and mentor a team of creative individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality game designs.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, programmers, and product strategists to build compelling game experiences.
- Oversee the design and development of game concepts, pitches, prototypes, and production, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge, market trends, and innovative game mechanics, applying this expertise to drive creative growth and innovation.
- Provide support to Game Designers in the application of business models to game design, helping to create effective acquisition and retention mechanics.
- Develop new intellectual properties that take into account the latest market trends and identify franchise and brand extension opportunities.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role, directing a product with proven success in previous creative endeavors.
- Experience with Unreal or Unity on AAA PC-Console or Mobile games.
- Solid experience overseeing projects through pre-pro, production, and live operations.
- Relevant experience managing a game development process using industry milestones.
- Solid ability to effectively pitch game concepts in drawings, writing, verbally, and live presentations, both to existing and new clients.
- Video game history demonstrating solid creativity and innovation skills.
