At G2V Recruitment Group, we are seeking an experienced HR Operations Director to lead our human resources operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a broad range of HR activities associated with the employment cycle, including managing and delivering an excellent operational HR service to the Group.

This is a hands-on role that requires team management skills as well as personal delivery of responsibilities set out below.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team in delivering an excellent and accurate HR operations service to the group.
  • Act as a role model for the HR team, coaching and developing team members to ensure high performance and potential.
  • Facilitate the development of operating procedures and service standards, ensuring continuously monitored quality and consistent HR service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new company policies.
  • Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
  • Manage and oversee the onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Manage the administration of reward changes, including promotions, salary reviews, bonuses, and other incentives.
  • Work with the Head of HR on delivery of key projects.
  • Oversee Health and Safety activity compliant with legislation.
  • Own and develop HR reporting and analytics.
  • Oversee all ER activity, supporting and guiding HR Advisors with Best Practice.
Salary:

$80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to different stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
  • Proficient in HR software and systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Knowledge of Employment legislation and HR/ACAS Best Practice.
  • Ability to take on and effectively manage projects in addition to day-to-day operations.
Experience & Qualifications:

A proven track record as a HR Operations Manager or equivalent role is essential, along with experience of operating in a busy, diverse role with a mix of team management and hands-on administration and advice.

Previous experience of people management is also essential, as is being a subject matter expert for the HR team and line managers on HR Policies and employee relations.

The successful candidate will be experienced in providing expert advice and coaching on ER issues to people managers.
