About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-learning Developer to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As an E-learning Developer, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and deploying high-quality eLearning modules and interventions to support the achievement of organisational goals.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop engaging and interactive eLearning content using various digital mediums and tools, including Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their learning needs and develop tailored eLearning solutions that meet their expectations.
  3. Ensure that all eLearning content is of the highest standard, accessible to all learners, and meets the required quality standards.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital learning and make recommendations to the team and stakeholders.
  5. Work collaboratively with the Instructional Designer to ensure that all eLearning content is aligned with the company's learning strategy.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in instructional design and development of eLearning content.
  2. Expertise in using digital learning tools and technologies, including Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
  3. Strong understanding of instructional design principles, models, and learning theories.
  4. Ability to work in a virtual team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  5. Basic understanding of HTML and FLASH.
  6. Experience using AI tools and integrating AI elements into eLearning solutions.
