About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-learning Developer to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As an E-learning Developer, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and deploying high-quality eLearning content to support the achievement of organisational goals.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop engaging eLearning modules and interventions using various digital mediums and instructional design frameworks.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their expectations.
  3. Stay up-to-date with current trends in corporate digital learning provision and make recommendations to the team and stakeholders.
  4. Work closely with the Instructional Designer to ensure that all learning interventions meet the highest standard of quality.
  5. Hybrid working arrangements with some travel to team meetings.
The Ideal Candidate
  1. Proven experience in instructional design and development of eLearning content, with a strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design models.
  2. Expertise in using digital development tools, including Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Camtasia, and Microsoft Clipchamp.
  3. Experience of working in a virtual team and comfortable with hybrid working arrangements.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Basic understanding of HTML and FLASH, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  6. General understanding of eLearning specific AI tools and resources, with a desire to integrate AI elements into eLearning solutions.
