Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Maris Interiors LLP seeks a motivated and results-driven Sales Excellence Specialist to join its team. Reporting to the Business Development Operations Manager and Telesales Director, you will play a key role in telesales, responsible for profiling over 3000 businesses, engaging in 40 daily conversations, making 300 calls or 2 hours of talk time daily, and generating 15 new qualified leads weekly.

We are seeking a candidate with a confident telephone manner, telesales experience, and a desire to contribute to a positive work culture while meeting and exceeding lead generation targets.

  • Generating a minimum of 15 new qualified leads weekly from the Research database is crucial for success.

You will possess an articulate and confident telephone manner, enabling effective communication in telesales efforts. Previous telesales experience and a keen sense of commercial acumen are key to this role.
