Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Exploit Development Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical initiatives in vulnerability research and exploitation, advancing the state of the art in vulnerability research, owning exploit engineering and testing processes, producing and supporting capability promotion, training and mentoring colleagues, and providing tactical capability support.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in security research, including vulnerability discovery and exploitation
  • Mastery of vulnerability research and exploitation technical competencies
  • Expertise in reverse engineering
  • Ability to lead teams and projects effectively

Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
