Speech and Language Therapist Required

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at our specialist school in Guildford, providing therapeutic support to students with communication difficulties.

Our specialist school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for students with special educational needs, including communication difficulties. We take a personalized approach to learning, offering tailored interventions to meet the needs of each individual student.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing therapeutic support to students with communication difficulties.
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans.
  • Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Speech and Language Therapist (Degree in Speech and Language Therapy).
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a specialist school or similar setting.
  • Expertise in supporting students with communication difficulties, including language delays, speech disorders, and social communication needs.
  • A patient and empathetic approach to working with students.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A clear DBS and legal right to work in the UK.

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum.
