Therapeutic Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Therapeutic Support Worker or Senior Therapeutic Support Worker. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to create a positive impact on the lives of young males aged 13-18 years, providing them with a nurturing environment that promotes their development and well-being.
Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Job:
- You will work closely with young people, building strong relationships and providing them with a safe and supportive environment.
- You will plan and deliver activities that promote their learning and integration within the home, fostering their personal growth and development.
- Collaboration with local authorities is key to providing outstanding care and support, ensuring the highest standards are met.
- You will also work closely with parents/carers, fostering positive relationships and providing a stable and secure environment for young people.
