Education and Development Coaching

CV-Library is seeking a highly motivated Development Coach with experience in Sales or Management to join our team.

The successful candidate will work office hours, Monday to Friday, and spend two days working from home, delivering coaching sessions online and remotely.

Our organisation has helped many well-known B2B organisations in the UK to take control of their continuous professional development through commercial training and Sales and Management focused Apprenticeships.

The Role of a Development Coach

A Development Coach plays a critical role in supporting learners throughout their studies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring Apprentices, providing regular feedback, and helping them to achieve their goals.

You will also work closely with learners' line managers to ensure they understand how to support their learners and provide them with the necessary resources and time to complete their work-based skills development activities and projects.
