Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in promoting independence and lifestyle opportunities for the elderly. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspiring and motivating residents to participate in stimulating activities that promote overall wellbeing.
  • Assisting in the assessment of residents' needs through meetings with them, team members, and family members.
  • Buiding relationships with residents and families to gather life story information and develop personalized care plans.

To succeed in this role, you should be:

  • Confident in delivering group and one-to-one activities.
  • A strong communicator and team player who engages well with others.
  • Knowledgeable of basic IT skills and flexible to change.

This is a competitive salary position with various benefits, including access to excellent training, career development opportunities, and discounts suited to your lifestyle. The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per year, depending on experience.
