Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join our team as a Facilities Operations Manager at Reddish Hall School in Stockport, Greater Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the school's premises, ensuring a safe and secure environment for pupils, staff, parents, and other stakeholders.
About Our SchoolReddish Hall is an independent school catering for 5-16-year-olds with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We provide a broad and balanced curriculum tailored to individual requirements.
About the RoleThe Facilities Operations Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the fabric, grounds, and overall environment of Reddish Hall School. This position requires someone who can work collaboratively with the school leadership team, staff, and external contractors to uphold the school's vision and values.
- Prepare and implement risk assessments, contributing to school development projects and general maintenance schedules
- Be sympathetic to environmental concerns regarding all aspects of the school and grounds
- Experience in facilities management or a related field
