Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our team in Tottenham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high customer service standards, ensuring company and brand standards are met, and achieving store and company KPIs.

Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and engagement.

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar service-oriented industry.
* Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and leading teams to achieve targets.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
