Role Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care. A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, compliance standards, and relevant legislation is essential. Your passion for creating positive outcomes and delivering exceptional care will shine through in your application and during the interview process. A bonus experience in opening or managing new residential homes is an advantage. We offer a competitive salary and bonus structure starting at £57,000, with opportunities to grow professionally within the children's residential care field.
