RRS National seeks an experienced Registered Manager to lead our childrens residential home in Loughborough, Leicestershire. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young residents.

  • Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire
  • Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (shared on-call)
  • Salary: £57,000 - £69,000 (performance-related bonus)

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the needs of vulnerable children and adolescents, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters personal growth and development.

  • Lead a team of carers and support staff to deliver high-quality care and support services
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with external agencies, including social services and healthcare professionals
