About the Role: Mitchell Maguire is seeking an experienced Contract Kitchen Sales Manager to join our team in South Yorkshire, covering a defined area including South East. As a Business Development Executive Contract, you will be responsible for selling manufactured contract kitchens to Tier 1 contractors and other industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling contract business development services to clients across the PBSA, student accommodation, PRS, and build-to-rent market.
- Focusing on building strong relationships with key decision-makers at Tier 1 contractors, such as MACE, Skanska, Grahams, Galliford Try, Kier, and GMI.
- Generating high-rise leads and converting them into sales opportunities.
- Meeting or exceeding the expected turnover of circa £2 million once established.
About You:
- You have significant experience selling to Tier 1 contractors and a proven track record of success in the contract kitchen sector.
- You possess excellent communication skills and are able to articulate the value proposition to various stakeholders.
- You are charismatic, personable, professional, and confident, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- You are highly IT literate and proficient in using relevant software and systems.

Estimated Salary: Based on the expected performance and location, we anticipate offering a salary range of approximately £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, plus benefits.
