Job Title: Chief Compliance Officer

This exciting Insurance business has ambitious plans for growth, with a strong focus on Specialty Lines. As a key member of the IPS Group leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategy and development of the UK operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Head of Compliance for the UK business, working across Specialty and Consumer lines
  • Partner with Underwriters and senior leadership to deliver solutions and drive business growth
  • Contribute to the development of the UK operations and influence senior-level decision-making
  • Demonstrate a strong track record in Compliance at a UK-based Insurance firm

Requirements:

  • Strong Compliance background in a UK-based Insurance firm
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and Underwriters
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to roll up sleeves and deliver day-to-day compliance work
