Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals to ensure that our business is operating in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure that compliance is integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and ensure that our compliance programs are aligned with these changes.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a compliance leadership role, preferably in a sell-side firm.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
