**Role Summary:** Learning Solutions Business Growth Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities within the education sector, building a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the needs of educational institutions, aligning with Ciscos technology offerings.
  3. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers at schools, colleges, and universities, to understand their unique challenges and requirements.
  4. Solution Selling: Present Cisco-based solutions in a compelling manner, demonstrating how they address specific client needs and add value to their operations.
  5. Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, government initiatives, and funding opportunities within the education sector.

Expected Salary: Approximately £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
