Regional Business Growth Manager

At Verto People, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Growth Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you developing new business opportunities and increasing sales with key accounts across the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for selling a range of CNC accessories and engineering solutions to existing and potential customers. With a strong focus on business development, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive growth and revenue.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, research, and other means
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. A competitive commission structure is also in place to reward high performers.
