About the Job


We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Roth Bar in Somerset. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our front-of-house team and driving sales growth through excellent customer service and strategic decision-making.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and high-quality food presentation
  • Lead and develop your team, providing coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support
  • Monitor and control costs, maintaining accurate records and reporting to management as required
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and meet business objectives
