£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).


Job Description


This is a unique opportunity to work with individuals accessing mental health services, providing specialist employment interventions to support their career goals.


Main Duties:



  • Provide vocational assessments and advice to clients with mild to moderate mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with therapists to create bespoke action plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Deliver core employment support interventions, including group-based and individual sessions.
  • Assess client employment goals and create employment support plans, matching tasks with individual abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Evidence of further study in vocational training, careers advice, or equivalent experience.
  • IAG Level 3 or above.
