Job DescriptionThis leadership role involves overseeing a team of caregivers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services that meet the needs of our clients. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising staff, developing care plans, and maintaining effective communication with clients and their families.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- a passion for providing excellent care and support;
- strong leadership and management skills;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the care sector.
