About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to oversee and provide care for individuals during night shifts. In this full-time role, you will ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the night team, ensuring high-quality care is provided.
  • Monitor the health and safety of individuals, responding to any issues promptly.
  • Assist with personal care and support needs during the night.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and handover to day staff.
  • Act as a point of contact for any emergencies or concerns.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in a support or care role, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Compassionate and patient approach, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team during night shifts.
