Job Description:

We are looking for a Learning and Development Assistant to join our team at Tradewind Recruitment. As a Learning and Development Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other external professionals to promote an inclusive and nurturing learning atmosphere for primary aged children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Main Duties:
  • Support SEN students on a 1:1 basis and in a whole class setting
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the specific needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers and external professionals to ensure a consistent and effective learning environment

Estimated Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 per annum, based on location and experience
