Pension Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pension Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional pension administration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the pension administration service delivery for a large client with 350,000 lives
  • Lead a team of up to 40 employees with 3 direct reports at Pension Team Leader level
  • Drive a 'member first' attitude and act as the primary contact for the client and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the line manager to improve service delivery, growth, and process efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in dealing with DB and/or DC Occupational Pension schemes
  • Able to build and manage high-performing teams
  • Experience in developing and implementing staff training programs
  • A 'member first' attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality services
