Pension Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pension Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional pension administration services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the pension administration service delivery for a large client with 350,000 lives
- Lead a team of up to 40 employees with 3 direct reports at Pension Team Leader level
- Drive a 'member first' attitude and act as the primary contact for the client and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the line manager to improve service delivery, growth, and process efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in dealing with DB and/or DC Occupational Pension schemes
- Able to build and manage high-performing teams
- Experience in developing and implementing staff training programs
- A 'member first' attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality services
