Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering advanced pension schemes, mentoring junior colleagues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer DB and DC pension schemes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Lead the administration team in achieving service level agreements and performance standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced colleagues.
- Train and mentor junior associates to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Identify areas for service improvement and communicate findings to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pension administration, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
