Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced **Senior Paraplanner** to support our Wealth Planners by conducting high-quality research across a wide range of financial planning products and services, including pensions, life insurance, tax planning, and investment management. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering holistic advice that leads to positive client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough and accurate research on financial planning products and services.
Perform complex calculations and cash-flow modelling to support client recommendations.
Prepare client-centric suitability reports and documentation in compliance with company processes.
Draft and coordinate technical documents for client presentations.
Proactively identify potential areas for future advice and collaborate with Wealth Planners.
Serve as a reference point for team queries, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
Assist in training new team members and foster a collaborative team environment.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications
Extensive experience in providing first-class paraplanning services.
Proficiency in all financial planning practices, including investments, pensions, and protection.
RQF Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
Studying towards an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning

Skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong technical knowledge of financial planning products.
Exceptional numerical skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with XPlan and cash-flow planning software is a plus.
