This role will support multiple B2B business units and digital marketing activities, assisting with the development and delivery of automation campaigns and strategies. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Marketo data hygiene, system maintenance, and lead management.
  • Assist in list management (data lists and imports).
  • Monitor program performance and develop necessary reports/reporting structure.
  • Participate in strategy, customer journey design, and content development for new campaigns.
  • Support Marketo program development for all business units.
  • Participate in setup of A/B testing of Marketing Automation programs in Marketo.
  • Participate with continued assessment of new platforms and integrations for Marketo to enhance Marketing Automation performance.
  • Participate in cross-functional digital marketing projects that include Marketing Automation.
Requirements:
  • A good level of Marketo experience.
  • A good level of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar, experience.
  • Experience of monitoring and using data to adopt data-driven marketing decisions and campaign plans.
  • Experience participating in planning integrated digital marketing plans.
  • Understanding and proven practice of the following tactics: testing frameworks such as, deliverability, A/B split testing, and tracking.
  • Problem-solving ability and consideration of process improvements.
  • Excellent organisational and communications skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Web development and digital design skills (HTML preferred, but not required).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics Tag Manager, Google Universal Analytics, and general web tracking desirable.
